Hope all is well, I hope you don’t mind me emailing you out of the blue like this. I have your contact details on file from when you contacted me about the Online Marketing & Social Media course in the Laois Enterprise center. I completed this last night with Shane O’Riordan.
As the Deputy Business Development Manager with the Leinster Express and working as part of the larger Iconic Group, I try to keep up to date with all aspects of running a business. Most people doing these courses are doing them to understand how to improve their own business. I do them as it would be impossible to engage B2B and do my job with out knowing the problems each business faces.
The reason for this mornings email is that I wanted to congratulate you on having such an excellent course instructor in Shane. I am not sure if I have the right address for this feedback, but I was ask that you pass on my praise to the correct person. The course I took before this was in Griffith college Dublin. This cost me €700, was for 12 weeks and I did not learn as much, the instructor was not as knowledgeable or as approachable. Shane’s ability to work at the same level of the class he was teaching was fantastic and he made everything relevant to each of the people taking part.
I never met Shane prior to this course, but I would be happy to take part in any other course Shane is running. It you are considering booking him for any other courses then I would be more than happy to endorse him for this position.
